1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered Proof of purchase/order details must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used products Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage Products purchased on clearance, discount, or special sale offers
Personalized or customized items Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons
3. Damaged, Leaked, Wrong, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, wrong, or incomplete order, please inform us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a wrong item, damaged product, leakage, or defective item, the return shipping cost will be borne by Vedorra
If the return is due to any other reason, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
6. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- COD orders: Refund will be processed through bank transfer or UPI
Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the customer may request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.
8. Replacement Policy
Replacement will be provided only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered,
- Damaged, Leaked or Defective Product received,
- Product missing from the package
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
